Executive studio with Queen bed, large bathroom (bathtub), balcony with clear sea view and lounger. Located in an apartment complex: Shared Swimming pool, cafe-bar, outdoor mini gym, parking, 4'walking to Paradise beach (bus stop, water taxi, mini market, bars, and restaurants). PLEASE NOTE: By submitting a reservation request you agree that you accept the House rules (Additional / Detailed house rules section shown on this airbnb property listing). Room Facilities: A/C, TV, small fridge, coffee maker, water kettle, iron, hair dryer, telephone, safe, balcony with clear sea view and outdoor dining area (table-chairs and lounger). Please note that there is not a kitchenette in this studio. There is a family studio with kitchenette in case you're interested. Cleaning: daily or every 2 days (according to availability), Changing Linens& Towels: every 2/3 days. Check-in: 14h00 and Check-out: 11h00.

这里是类似于酒店的形式，但都有独立套间，一个卧室，一个阳台，一个卫生间，遗憾得是不能下厨做东西给老公吃了哈哈。阳台望出去就是天堂海滩，附近还有一家店的烧烤seafood非常好吃！房主人也很好，给我们很多帮助，就是晚上不太睡得好，海滩那边迪斯科音乐放到半夜两三点，而因为我和我老公都不习惯带耳塞，所以睡不着。不过总的来说这个还是很好的！对了附近就有租车行，非常方便！

This was a beautiful property with beautiful people, we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very responsive and helped us transfers or rentals and suggested a few places to visit. The place is 5 minutes from the paradise beach. The pool bar is pretty good as well.

Very clean room with breathtaking view, the place is very close to paradise beach, the night club and the bus station. The host was very responsive and we were able to check in early as our flight was early.

LOCATION: less than 4 minutes walking to Paradise Beach (bus stop, water taxi, mini market, bars and restaurants and night clubs, water sports, sunbeds, scuba diving club), 4 km from the airport, 7 km from Mykonos town, 7km from the old port, 10km from the new port. Transfers/Transportation (from the airport/port) can be booked through external transfer/taxi companies with extra charge.
PLEASE NOTE: The resort is located close to Paradise beach, where music/noise is heard from the beach bars, especially at the peak period. However, there are specific house rules expected to be followed from the guests, and excessive noise and partying in the apartments are NOT allowed.
Please ask if you need any more information and/or read our past guests reviews for more information. The owners are not responsible for any music/noise heard outside our premises.

Public buses connect Paradise beach to Mykonos town. Also, water taxis connect Paradise beach with Super Paradise, Elia, Paranga and Platys Gyalos beach. Taxi, transfer and car rental contacting info are provided. It is recommended to rent a car in case you’d like to explore the rest of the island. Free parking is provided at the premises.

The owners of this apartment complex are a Greek family of engineers who designed and built the whole resort. We like friendly and positive people as our guests, who enjoy the sun, the beach and the Greek summer, but also respect and follow our house rules! We will be happy to meet you and host you to our accommodation.
