Beautiful location but in need of a deep clean. I've stayed in many Airbnbs but never one needing cleaning like this one. Everything except the bedding was dirty. The rugs were dirty; the small mirror was covered in fingerprints. The top of the fridge was covered in dust, and the window sills were full of dirt. Behind the bed were insect webs. Worst of all, dishes were put away dirty. I pulled the bowls apart, and old moulding food stuck them together. The last night I found a beetle and a spider in my bed. I only write bad reviews when people need to be made aware. Although the property manager was lovely, he was doing everything including the cleaning. For whatever reason, they are understaffed.

Teresa’s place was great. Just as described. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. It was just what I needed to get me up and on the paddle board to truly appreciate the sun rise. Water is warm even in February. Hammocks on the docks great for relaxing and reading. Hope to come back with my family and rent one of the larger units on the property. Despite having multiple units each one is well designed to provide privacy and personal outdoor space to look at the lake.

Absolutely gorgeous location and property. I felt like I was in heaven. The room itself is cute! Good cooking implements- normally the pots and pans in Air BnBs are scratched up nonstick junk. This place had ceramic coated cast iron! There was a gas stove, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and fridge-pretty complete little kitchen. I didn’t have a car but had already spent enough time in the town and just wanted to stay in one place, so it worked. You can have food delivered from restaurants as well. The bathroom is def farther away than I would have liked. That was the main negative point, but it was manageable for all the benefits. You’re right on the water-they have 4 hammocks under palapas right next to the lake. Several kayaks, a couple of SUP boards. A yoga platform!! I loved it and wished I could have stayed longer.
