I booked this place for my family when we visited our grandparents living in the building nearby, so the location was perfect for our purpose. We checked in late but was assisted well by the person in contact. The apartment is spare with minimal amenities. No hair dryer as listed. There were 3 air conditioner remotes but only one in good working condition, the other 2 were out of batteries. During our stay, the toilet in the master bedroom was stuck but the person in contact was very supportive and helped us resolved within hours. We were accused by tenants in another apartment about littering in front of the trash room although we didn't. Later, security searched cctv and proved us innocent. For a few days, the horrid sewage smell came up very strong, but we were told it was the building fault so they couldn't do anything about it. After all, the place served its purpose despite some hiccups.

Hi. Hong Thank you first. The convenience provided by the airport to the accommodation was easy and comfortable, and the check-in was also easy. We handled the request well. There was no inconvenience to move from the hostel to Hanoi. If you have a chance next time I want to visit again. Thanks. Have a nice day~~

This apartment and other apartments that Hong has listed are described as centrally located. To me, this means it is close to tourist attractions. However, Hong's apartment is at least a 30 minute cab ride to the old quarter, 45 minutes in heavy afternoon traffic. This adds to the cost of your day and really takes away from the experience. Also, we found that not all cab drivers were willing to give us rides to the old quarter because it was too far. Very frustrating but this happened on several occasions. This was particularly true getting back from the Old Quarter. Grab taxi on at least one occasion was unable to find the location. The kitchen is also listed as being fully equipped. We stayed in two of Hong's apartments and this is not the case. This particular apartment has one burner for cooking. There are two small pots and a frying pan that have seen better days. There is no cutting board, lots of chopsticks, but no forks or butter knives. There were two spoons yet the listing can accommodate at least 4 people. There was one decent plate for eating. This is not what I would call a fully equipped kitchen. If you are a tourist, consider being closer to the old quarter.

Amazing place for a group party, nice host, fully kitchen amenities... We had a good time there.
