We loved the location just across from the Temple de Debod. It was great to walk to the restaurants in the area, the palace, the plaza, etc. The apartment is small and cozy but has what you need.

Our one month stay both met our high expectations and exceeded them. The location of this unit was wonderful in every respect. Everything we possibly needed was a short walk away: groceries, pastry shops, restaurants, cafes. We loved the green space directly across the street, the Parque de l'Oeste, for relaxation and people watching. We were able to to take lovely walks to the vast majority of the popular tourist destinations, and were always happy to return to our quiet rental space at night. We've never slept better! Being the two 70 year old retirees that we are, the silent nights were a real blessing! The only fault we had with the unit was its close proximity to the building's garbage cans situated outside its front door. The odor could be unpleasant on occasion, even inside the unit. In light of the wonderful location and a long list of positive amenities, we ignored the garbage can situation and enjoyed our stay to the fullest! We will return again soon to this unit!

David è sempre stato molto disponibile e cortese, si è dimostrato gentile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa. La casa è in un punto veramente centrale di Madrid, vicino a ristoranti, bar, farmacie e fermate di metro e autobus. L'appartamento è ottimizzato perfettamente, pur essendo un po' buio causa singola finestra e non essendo molto grande (bagno e stanza da letto possono risultare un po' stretti) è arredato con molto gusto, adatto per una coppia o per chi voglia vivere la città di Madrid senza doversi spostare con i mezzi e vivere la movida. Altro punto di forza sicuramente la tranquillità, pur essendo sulla strada vicino ad alcuni locali, si dormiva veramente bene e non c'era suono esterno che disturbasse. La posizione, due passi dalla Plaza de Espana, ne fanno una casa utilissima ed un ottimo punto di appoggio per godersi a pieno la città. Consigliatissima per chiunque voglia visitare Madrid, godersi i locali e riposare poi in pace!

Het appartement is heel goed gelegen, dicht bij het centrum en recht tegenover een park met daarin de Debod-tempel. Het was voor ons de ideale uitvalsbasis. Check-in verliep heel vlot. Davids moeder was heel vriendelijk en gaf me zelfs een lift. De beschrijving en de foto's kloppen, maar hou er rekening mee dat het enige raam uitgeeft op de binnenplaats. Voor ons was dat niet echt een probleem, want wij bleven maar twee nachten. Een aanrader dus als je een rustige plek dicht bij het centrum zoekt. PS. Er is een café met lekker bier in de buurt!

David was extremely friendly and his space was perfect for our stay. Having a laundry machine was very nice to have during our long trip to Spain.
