Serg's place was absolutely wonderful! My son gave him 1000 stars. He was kind, communicative, proactive and helpful. He made us feel right at home and helped us make a beautiful fire. Everything on the inside is clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more to cook, make coffee & tea and enjoy our meals and beverages. He also includes all bedding, sheets and towels. The space is also full of wonderful artwork and also has a wood burning stove inside. We made a fire in the wood burning stove on a rainy cool night and it was perfect. You will love this place! There is tons of hiking and extraordinary sight seeing close by - we went to Mohank for a gorgeous hike - (stopping at their visitor's center was super helpful). Serg also includes many wonderful recommendations in his guestbook. There are many towns within 20-30 min with great restaurants. We also went to the Dia museum in Beacon as well as a great bookstore and restaurant there. I wish we could have stayed longer!
