Quaint little place. Loved that we could bring our dogs. Fairly outdated but had everything we needed. Crystal was very responsive. I would recommend a pull out couch in living room area and not a bed. Plenty of firewood provided. Mt Rainer a few minutes drive. Overall a 4 outta 5 just needs some maintenance and updates and I’d give it a 5. Good for the price!

A lovely cozy cabin! The hot tub was perfect after a day of snow-shoeing, as was the wood-burning fireplace to heat us back up. Lots of cast iron pans made cooking a breeze. Everything was prepared and easy (wood already chopped, hot tub already at temp), it made for a wonderful vacation! The only negative is a very minor nitpick about the shower head being a bit wonky and not distributing a consistent spray of water, but it didn't get in the way of being able to effectively shower. Would book again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend for others!

I have mixed feelings about our stay. We enjoyed ourselves in spite of some of the things that went awry. Christal, our host, was friendly & available to us. However, the cabin itself was lack-luster. The positives were that they accepted dogs; the beds were comfortable; the hot tub was soothing although some of the jets didn't work; & the area is beautiful & quiet. The downside was: I expected heating. What we got was 2 space heaters & a wood burning stove. The space heaters did not provide enough heat & the wood burning stove only lasted so long. Granted, a heat source was provided, but it was not sufficient & should have been advertised as such. They did provide unlimited wood & kindling but no fireplace tools. The place was small with limited seating. The kitchen sink was dirty as were some of the dishes, the coffee pot & the bathtub. And when I went to bbq I found that the grate was rusted. I improvised but then found the lit charcoal fell thru making a fire hazard on the deck.
