I have stayed at Tyler and Sarah’s place several times in #1 and #2. The rooms are pristine, instructions sent well ahead of time, and a welcome book with instructions and wi-fi information. The other guests were very quiet all the times I’ve stayed. Sarah was so kind to provide extra decaf pods as I like a lot of coffee. I am very grateful for having the opportunity to stay at their AirB&B. I highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Midland.

perfect for two people. Will stay again. Great value, clean and comfortable and we had an excellent, peaceful sleep. Close enough to restaurants and coffee shops to walk. Perfect for a quick overnight stay while enjoying a play at Midland Center for the Arts. If not for the weather, we would have walked to the play as well!

Stayed here while visiting family in Midland. The place was good for relaxing. Tyler was very responsive.
