Beautiful views, house was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of room, nice pool and deck, lots of space to spread out, more than adequate kitchen and utensils. Villa Kia is a spectacular, wonderful, breathtaking home with unbelievable views and very tranquil location. Finding this exquisite location is challenging at the least, but this is due to the lack of local signage, not the fault of the host.

Villa Kia was a delightful place. It accommodated our family of 12 with plenty of room for gatherings or privacy, whichever was preferred. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals for a crowd. Comfort abounds at this property. The views are gorgeous and sunsets are absolutely magical. Riiah was an outstanding concierge who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Kia.

This is a beautiful villa with a view that is breathtaking! The private steps down to the beach were a great treat, albeit a bit steep. We took the challenge daily and felt great after the exercise, definitely worth the effort!! The house itself offers great community spaces but plenty of privacy as well. The design is perfect for couples or a group of friends. We had a pool day and cookout one night; the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and the beds were extremely comfortable and we could here the ocean from our rooms each night. The showers were the most unique of any of the villas that we have rented in the past. The location is close to town, though I would highly recommend arriving during the day and finding your way around! We hired a local driver to pick us up and return us from our dinners out because we did not want to navigate the roads at night. For the view this villa affords, it’s worth the winding roads! We hope to stay at Villa Kai again!!

This is a spectacular and well appointed house. The view is to die for and the beach is great. There are 259 stair steps to the beach, but you can also drive down to the beach. We walked it, but it can be a little much if you like to come and go a lot. You might want to rent umbrellas and boogie boards. Riiah is the concierge and property manager and she’s a treasure. She arranged a private chef and massages and a car and a boat trip to The Baths (very fun) and COVID testing. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Road Town and the grocery store. Driving is a bit dicey. You drive on the left and other drivers are a bit fast. There’s lots of switchbacks as you go up and down the mountains. We did fine but we also went slow. We highly recommend this house.

Very clean, comfortable,well equipped and modern Villa. Amazing views from all rooms of the villa (including the showers!) . Beautiful secluded beach just 407 steps down from the villa or 2 minute drive. Great communication and island referrals from owner and managers. Highly recommend for a Villa stay on Tortola
