Right next to Lifestyle Center with amenities and activities. Short walk to beach! Gaze across the serene waters of Santa Rosa Sound and Adventures Cove from your own private balcony on the 20th floor. Relax after a day at the beach over dinner prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen or use the electric grill provided to guests on the balcony! Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

The condo is on the 20th floor and has great views of both sides of the island as well as the pool area. The unit has everything someone needs to prepare a meal. Check in and check out was easy and straightforward. The host was very responsive and addressed an issue we had right away. The staff at Portofino are very friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Very nice place to stay. The Portofino resort property is great with a ton of things to do all day every day of the week. This is my 3rd trip here and I never go any place on vacation more than twice. Lia was great to work with and very responsive and great to communicate with.

In the summer months the Island Authority offers public transportation via an open air tram that is complimentary. It runs every 1/2 hour Memorial Day - Labor Day. 4:00PM-Midnight.
The best way to tour the island is to rent a bike or golf cart through our Adventures Department onsite. They are available by the hour and 1/2 day rentals.
Use the resorts complimentary shuttle to spend the day at Laguna’s Beach Bar & Grill which has lots to do ~ Go Carts, Ropes Course, Splash Pad, Zip Rail and Clip & Climb structures provide all day fun! Special day pass pricing available.
