The location is great as it is very close (20 min drive) from Ajanta caves. The place was clean and Kulbhushan’s parents welcomed us as soon as our car stopped in front. They are a very sweet couple and were very caring and responsive to our needs. All basics were taken care of. There’s a dhaba next door where one can enjoy a decent meal. They have lots of animals on the farm (dogs, cats, horses and cows) which definitely adds value if you’re an animal lover. The location is very easy to find as it’s right on highway and that is the only thing which can be a small bother as the proximity results in the noise of trucks passing at night which can trouble some light sleepers. In our case the storm cut that noise out completely. Did not have much time to take a farm tour which looked lovely. If you’re planning to stay, please allocate the time for same and that would surely add a lot to the experience. Overall a very good experience. Thanks for hosting us.

It’s a wonderful place, as per pictures. Amenities are well maintained. Check-in was smooth. Kulbhushansingh’s parents are very kind and ready to help at any time. The house is on a fast busy road, but not too noisy and sorrounded by nature. It’s about 12km away from Amanda caves. The only negative which force us to give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of internet in the room we stayed. We had to move to the host’s balcony in order to get Wi-Fi reception which was non existent for 80% of the time in the room. I had Vodafone SIM card which had no reception either.

This place is a part of a farmhouse. Excellent host Mr Ramesh . He took us around the farmhouse . We ate some fresh fruits. Thanx Mr Ramesh . I would highly recommend this homestay if you are visiting the Ajanta caves as a tourist. A most unique experience.. 10 Stars .

The place was very peaceful and perfect stay for us as we were travelling with our pet dog. The farm was great to explore and roam around. There were many guava trees and we had many guavas as part of our stay. They have cute pups and horses who are very friendly to play with. Ajanta caves is some 8-10 kms far and it easy to reach there within half an hour. One more important thing that I would like to mention, our car stopped at 20 kms before reaching our stay. Uncle came all the way down and helped us to get help to get the car done right. He also took 3 of us in his car to his place so that we won’t be much troubled. It was very amazing experience with great hosts who took care of everything.
