I took my daughter down for a week, and we really enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, and check-in is streamlined. We had no issues.

The condo was so clean, so well-kept, and the kitchen was the best stocked of any vacation home I've ever rented. They have a single car garage to use while there, which was also really nice. The living area is very spacious, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are big and roomy, too. The condo is about a .2 mile walk from the beach, which really wasn't bad for our family. There aren't any sidewalks to walk on to get to the beach, and you have to cross a 4-lane road to get to the beach, but we managed it just fine. The pools at the condo are big; there's a spacious covered seating area at one and ample seating available at both of them; the pools open early and stay open late (8am-10pm). The residents at the Villas were so friendly and welcoming, too. The communication prior to check-in was excellent. I had absolutely no question about how to get in to the condo complex or how to access the condo upon arrival because the rental agency was so good about communicating with us prior to our arrival. We even received a personal phone call three days prior to arrival to discuss how to get in, what to expect, and what to do upon departure. The condos are conveniently located close to a Walmart Supercenter, some fast-food restaurants, a local mall, some souvenir shops, and some local restaurants on the beach. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Gulfport or Biloxi, as this condo is right on the edge of the city limits of Gulfport and Biloxi.

Nice place. We had a little trouble getting the key code for the unit, but once we did, everything went fine. The pool in the back was very nice, and not many people were out there, so easy to keep our distance from others. The unit is nice, could use more kitchen equipment. The toilets have a weak flush. The AC kept cutting off until I figured out how to override the NEST thermostat. It was 78 inside when we came back from swimming! After I figured out the NEST, it struggled to keep the temperature around 70, but we were comfortable. We also had a bit of a weird situation when a cleaning lady opened the door while we were there. So an interior lock to keep out unwanted visitors would be nice. Also, not that we would have used them, but there are no jacuzzi tubs. The tubs are large, but not jetted. The garage was a nice touch, protected our vehicle and allowed for beach/pool toy storage. The condo has a downstairs entrance, and the entire living space is upstairs. All in all, we really enjoyed the space. A great value, and we would be willing to stay there again. My complaints are not deal breakers, just things that they could do to improve the condo.
