I totally enjoyed my stay at this beautiful, seaside getaway. Everything was exactly as presented in the listing. This charming property is very well maintained, inside and out. The surroundings are so peaceful. The rooms are freshly decorated in an adorable, beach theme. Everything was spotless, spacious and bright. I appreciated the onsite laundry facility. The pool and grounds are perfect - clean and lots of lounge chairs. I loved kicking back on the Adirondack chairs while watching the sunrise over the water. The location is spectacular. It’s a short walk to downtown Jensen Beach. Breakfast at Jan’s Place is a must! Heading the opposite way, I found a waterfront park with a great walking trail. Tom was responsive and clear with his instructions. I will definitely be back to enjoy this gem of a property!

We got out of car, walked to the building by the tiki bar&saw unit 6, so We walked up the inside stairs&went to the door we saw& it was locked. We never walked past or knew there was another door. I immediately called&messaged Tom. No response. I called airbnb support &they were unable to get a response either. We waited about 40 minutes &then headed to near by family’s. We were willing to go back once we heard how to get in but never heard so we asked to cancel the reservation. After a long day of delayed travel, the thought never occurred to us that there were 2 doors. I don’t recall seeing anything about that in the information i got. I feel badly this mis communication occurred &that both of us were inconvienienced. We pride ourselves on being good guests. I don’t want to give Tom a bad review and don’t want him to give me a bad review but I do feel that he should have responded to our messages. We visit the area frequently & perhaps we will choose to stay there another time.

It was pretty much a one bedroom apartment. The kitchen was very sparse as far as utensils, dishes glasses, etc. Everything else was good not great but good.

Toms place is a great place to stay. The remolded rooms are clean and comfortable, close to downtown Jensen beach with plenty of restaurants And its a short ride to the beaches on Hutchinson island, where the beach parking is FREE!
