Das Apartement ist ebenerdig und hat einen eigenen Eingang, was ich sehr schätzte. Bis zur Isar sind es 550 Schritte. Der Auer Mühlbach iat noch nähet. Ein Penny ist gut erreichbar und ein empfehlenswertes italienisches Restaurant hat es auch in der Nähe.

We had a wonderful time. This area is a bit remote, but amazing neighborhood with the river and zoo just around the corner. The apartment is in very good condition, the kitchen is well equiped, the bed is comfortable and there is lots of space to put your stuff. Communication with the host was extraordinary, always replying instantly and with all the information you need - this was my first airbnb experience and I felt very secure. I recommend this place both for short and long term stay. Maybe the only downside is that there is no comfortable place to sit down and work apart from the dining table. Thank you Boris for everything!

Our stay here was great. Great owner, great district (quite place and comfortable transport connection). There were no technical issues. Pleasent design and outdoor area. I drank cup of coffee in the morning almost every day just outside this studio. Everything was great!

I stayed at Boris’s place for a month and it was well-suited for my longer stay. The area was nice and was close to walking trails.
