Off-Grid Property, On-Demand Assistance!!! 6 families 28/9-1/10 2023 Unforgettable place, private, peaceful with unrivalled scenary of hill which made us climbed it to witness how beautiful a piece of land would look like. Pam and John were super kind and responsive, and made our stay much more comfortable. Rescuing a tangled Drone! John did us a great help to retrieve a sophisticated drone (worth well above $2000) from top of a tree on a weekend evening. He kindly came down to investigage and offered his ladder and also made a customised rod to reach the required height (I guess 7-8m) to bring the drone down. The only issue was that I meant to book one property for 6 families but just two weeks prior to our trip, I was made aware that the land is consisting of 2 separate buildings each accommodating for 3 families. I wish I knew it earlier as a matter of transparency. Although they were ~50m away of each other but literally during the eveings we had to squeeze to be together.

We loved staying at Pam and John’s place! We were a group of 14 and had plenty of space and things to do for everyone. There are lots of great waking tracks around and the property feels very secluded. The outdoor fire and highland cows were unexpected bonuses. Both Pam and John are very friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

This was a very confortable and lovely place to disconnect and relax. The kids enjoyed the pool greatly and the host were very accomodating and responsive. Thank you Pam and John for your hospitality.

We booked both Hill View and Stringybark for a family Christmas get together. We all enjoyed it. Pam & John cooked us fabulous pizzas on Friday evening, and we had lunch under the rotunda on Saturday. Great choice of books and the young members of our family loved the Charades and the pool. Fantastic water pressure in the showers & great hot water.
