What an amazing place! Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, impeccably kept and includes everything anyone could need for an amazing vacation. Perfect for a large family like ours. The private complex is also perfect with well kept pools, common areas and excellent service. The view from the house and its private pool is amazing too. We got to see dolphins, rays and even a couple whales! Lupe made us feel like royalty and cooked the most delicious food with different options every day. She recommended we hire some additional help at a very low cost and it was more than worth it. They even did the groceries for us so all we had to do was relax, eat and enjoy a perfect vacation. Guillermo and his team communicated promptly and clearly. Helped get us transportation from the airport (also completely worth it) and made sure we had a great time. All in all I really can't find any flaws with our stay. My only regret is that it wasn't long enough! Thanks!!!

We can’t say enough about this beautiful property! Everybody from beginning to end was a dream! Lupita and the staff Felt like family by the end and whenever we needed anything they jumped at the opportunity to make our life easier and we’re all around kind people! The food was delicious and fresh every day and lupita was open to suggestions as far as the menu but we were very happy with what she made on her own! It’s good to be prepared with cash to pay for the groceries day by day! We spent so much of our time in the pool just marveling at the beautiful view but also enjoyed the beautiful property and walking down to the beach for a change of scenery! Cabs are readily available for trips into town and to Zihuatanejo! Currently, It’s about 120 pesos into the town of Ixtapa and about 200 pesos into Zihuatanejo! Highly recommend Bandidos in Zihuatanejo for a night out of live music on the weekend! Although 99% of the people we encountered were hospitable and eager to please and honest I would recommend being careful with your valuables in public places! All in all, this was literally the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at in every respect! The pictures don’t do it justice even though they are so beautiful. We walked in and we just couldn’t believe our eyes! The open room is huge and is perfect to have a big group be able to enjoy themselves without being on top of each other! The rooms also allow for privacy and rest! Hands-down I would recommend this location and property for a dreamy vacation!!! In terms of nearby beaches we really enjoyed playa la ropa and the snorkeling at la isla!

This unit was fantastic! There were 5 spacious bedrooms each with 2 large comfy beds and a bathroom. We all fought for the three rooms with gorgeous large windows with ocean views. The infinity pool right up against the living room created the perfect place to hang out, chill in the pool, and eat wonderful food cooked by "maids" who were much more than just that. They helped us with our shopping, cooked, cleaned and basically with whatever else we needed. As for the location, getting taxis there was pretty easy in just a few minutes and we were only 10 mins from Ixtapa. Beautiful cliffside unit.
