Thanks to EQ Hotel, we were able to spend the most meaningful and beautiful first wedding anniversary in the world. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted a lot, and the staff at the front desk also gave us a detailed explanation of the accommodation and facilities. Additionally, the quality inside the accommodation was so good, incredibly clean, and comfortable. When we arrived at the room, there were beautiful roses and a letter on the bed, which my husband had arranged by inquiring with the hotel and paying an additional fee for the rose decorations. Above all, my husband had the letter he wrote printed on a beautiful EQ Hotel postcard. We truly had an unforgettable wedding anniversary. The restaurant on the 52nd floor, as well as the bar, were both very luxurious and beautiful. Since it was our wedding anniversary, they took a photo of us at the restaurant, printed it out immediately, and also wrote us a lovely letter. The breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious. 💖

Friendly and warm, everything is perfect except most of the breakfast choices are too salty for my taste, I found a very delicious dessert though, it's amazing, as for the food of room service, the Nyonya curry laksa is perfectly prepared, the unnecessary parts of shrimp and especially bean sprouts are removed, I value this meticulous detail of food prepared to guest.

One of my favourite place, to runaway from busy daily routine to just relax myself stay in the hotel. Very friendly people in the hotel. Ms. Radhika is very helpful and friendly and assisted me for my additional request and ensure everything goes smoothly. Finally get to try out one of the famous restaurant-Kampachi in town during this festive season as I always forgot to make reservation. 😅 Great dining experience. Excellent hospitality👍Thank you

Wat een geweldige ervaring!! Wij hadden de tijd van ons leven in Kuala Lumpur en in het EQ Plaza Hotel. En de host was ook geweldig en heel erg meedenkend. Het was een superleuke reis en verblijf!
