Beautiful haven for rest and relaxation. We loved the house. Comfortable, stylish, well-equipped with everything we needed including lots of beach things. The setting is stunning - the pictures of the waterfall don’t even come close to showing how big or beautiful it is. And we loved the huge garden, terrace, watching the horses. We took some brilliant drives, to the volcano park, the botanical gardens and along the scenic drive route nearby. Such a brilliant holiday, thank you for creating such a lovely spot.

We absolutely loved our stay at Steve and Keala’s Airbnb! It’s in a beautiful rural location just 10 minutes drive outside of Hilo. The Hideaway is fully equipped with everything you need and more. It was a very relaxing and peaceful experience. We especially loved the swimming pool and swimming in the waterfall was amazing! I would highly recommend this to anyone travelling to the east side of the big island of Hawaii. Mahalo 🙏🏼♥️

We had such a peaceful and fun stay at Keala and Steve's hideaway! This is such a beautiful property that is very quiet and away from the busyness of the city. Both Keala and Steve were pleasant to talk to and great hosts! It was fun to watch the sunrise from our porch in the morning and hang out with the horses at the barn. We did go swimming at the private waterfall, which was such a unique experience! The place was neat and clean, quiet, and felt like home. Loved the few visits by Spud and Zippy (their little dogs). All in ann, highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a nice out of the way, place to stay; it's really unique.
