This family vacation home is located about an hour and a half from the Managua, Nicaragua airport Highlights are: Large, beachfront lot Well-equipped kitchen Newly tiled bathrooms Master suite upstairs Pizza oven Charcoal grill Air-conditioned bedrooms Hot water showers Outdoor shower Washer Access to hotel restaurant/pool a short walk down the beach Plenty of hammocks! 2 bunkrooms connected to downstairs queen rooms This is a quiet rural neighborhood, great for families with young children. Other than the local high season for beach-going (week before Easter and Christmas/New Year), you may have the beach mostly to yourselves. Hotel Marbella is a short walk down the beach with a restaurant and pool privileges for diners. The town of Masachapa is about a 20 minute drive away and has restaurants, boat rentals, charters, surfing. San Rafael del Sur has a small grocery store as well with all the basic necessities. We are not surfers ourselves, but have been told there is good surfing nearby. The property is fenced but may not keep small pets contained.
