Underbart boende!! Vi bodde här i 3 månader medan vi studerade och skulle varmt rekommendera detta boende. Otroligt rent, hemtrevligt och lugnt område. Du har nära till allt och har väldigt mycket precise ner för gatan, såsom apotek, matbutik, boulangerie, frukthandlaren, köttbutik samt restauranger. Julien är väldigt lyhörd och hjälpsam vilket underlättat vår vistelse. Rekommenderar starkt!

I stayed at Julien's apartment for a month, it felt like home. The place is clean and brand new from the furniture to appliances, and everything you need for a smooth stay is available. It's litteraly in the center of the town but yet it's so calm you won't even realize it. Also, Julien is very nice and helpful. He was always quickly responsive anytime I texted him in need. Definitely going back soon, highly recommended.

I was at this appartment almost two months, and it was an excellent experience. The appartment is located in an old building; however, everything inside is modern and well organized. I recommend it. I think it works well for one person or a couple for long stays, or even a larger group for a few days. The host is nice, we had a good communication before and during the stay. Location: The appartment is super close to the city center (Place de la Comedie), and train station. The neighborhood is safe and calm. Super close to supermarkets, Tram stations, specialized shops. Close to a shopping mall. Appartment: Good distribution and amenities. The kitchen is well equipped, and it also has a washing machine (no dryer) that gave confort to the stay. Services: Wifi worked well. Suitable for home-office.

Great location! Walking distance to most tourist attractions in the centre ville. Very close to the train station and to multiple tramway stops, which is great if you want to explore the villages around Montpellier. More than one bakery, grocery and other shops, as well as restaurants, two-three minutes from the apartment. The apartment is silent, cozy, nicely furnished, perfect for a couple and exactly as shown in the pictures. The internet is sometimes spotty, but that is not a problem unless you're working from the place. For a couple's holiday, it's ideal.
