Andres is a very nice person and the apartment is directly in front of the beach. The view is amazing. There are people helping you directly and you can stay there for a while. Everything good. But the beach of boca chica is not that beautiful like we thought. For a short trip i would recommend to stay at andres so you can enjoy the beach directly.

The property is located in the slums. The photos are not the same property as listed. Driving to the apartment building you will see garbage everywhere and smell a foul odor. It’s definitely not a penthouse apartment. The building is old and rugged with no working elevators to reach the 5th floor. The beach view from the small balcony living room is horrible and looked dirty. On the beach sand there were cars parked, playing loud music and visible glass beer bottles everywhere. The hot tub water was cold. All the bedroom were very small. Upon arriving I immediately contacted Andre’s and stated that I would not be staying at his place. I informed him also my father could not walk the 5 staris to reach the apartment. Andre’s charged me $87.00 USA dollars for “not” staying. Which I did pay. But I felt I should not get charged for false advertisement.

Buen apartamento, solo que necesitamos que los ascensores estén en funcionamiento porque es algo incómodo subir el equipaje al llegar, aunque cuando llegamos un joven nos ayudó. Después de ahí todo estuvo a la perfección
