Kathy’s place is a great place to stay; super clean rooms with comfortable beds, a private bathroom, and a lovely host. Highly recommend, and hopefully we’ll be back if we’re staying in the area in the future!

For over 10 years I’ve been on the road for work. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels and many B&Bs. Kathy was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and her home far exceeded all expectations. It was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. And it was a bargain!!! I highly recommend staying in her home.

Kathy was welcoming, nice, helpful, and easy to chat with. Her place was quiet, peaceful, and clean. The bed was comfortable. We can definitely stay here again the next we come to Waco.

Kathy was a wonderful host. Her house was perfect for us. I'm glad we found this place. We got to meet Kathy and her daughter who was visiting from Kansas. Our stay for Homecoming at Baylor was perfect.
