This is the way to see Thailand. To start, Sayuri and Boom met us at the airport and then drove us through breathtaking views to the farm. Their family made us feel at home with authentic Karen food and Bella makes the best coffee we had in Thailand. They even arranged an elephant sanctuary visit and bamboo rafting trip for us. The house was on their farm in a beautiful village with nature sounds lulling us to sleep. The price is impossible to beat. We would love to come back and stay longer.

The area is beautiful and the host was somewhat accommodating, but there were a few issues with our reservation. We reserved two private rooms but were given one shared room when we arrived. Future guests should check this in advance to confirm they are getting what they expect. The room is extremely cold at night during winter months so guests should bring additional layers to stay warm. Guests with allergies to cats may also have a difficult time as there are cats near the rooms often and cat hair on some of the blankets. Otherwise the space was very nice and the host was kind.

Nous avons séjourné chez Bella en famille, nous étions à le recherche du endroit en pleine nature et non touristique. En suivant les indications Google map pas de soucis , le mieux est de venir avec votre propre véhicule pour éviter les frais ;) ! Vous êtes à 1h de Chiang Mai avec une route de montagne , nous on a adoré. Le chalet se compose de 2 chambre et d’un patio et la douche et les toilettes sont un petit cabanon à côté. Il y a la ferme à côté et les bruits des crapauds, coqs, poules , cochons et chats sont toujours présent , et bien plus fort la nuit , nous on adore aussi. Bella et sa famille sont toujours à l’écoute et dispo ! Bref on recommande aux amis de la nature et à ceux qui ne cherche pas la foule.
