Trevi is a great place to stay. We loved the nature, the hikes, great restaurants, the food, the vineyards around Montefalco as well as the great views from Casale Condotti. There is so much to see and do and we have loved to stay a week longer in the area. Casale Condotti is a very nice and stylish furnished house in the middle of olive trees with a 1km unpaved single track road leading to it. The views from the terrace are stunning and it is very nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Even though we loved our holiday, we would not stay in Casale Condotti again unless a few things change: - The bathrooms need some deep cleaning as there is mold in two of the showers - Cleaning staff (dead bugs and insects lying on the floor on arrival, trash from previous guests) - The doors, windows and mosquito nets need fixing: lots of bugs, insects & hornets get inside even with closed windows To future guests: Bring mosquito spray, mosquito nets or even a gazebo for the outdoor space

The property is located deep within olive groves which was pretty tricky to find down an off road track. The house stands alone with no neighbours which was great for us as a family so kids noise didn’t bother anyone. The view from the house is simply amazing. I’d be surprised if it could be surpassed overlooking the valley and looking across to Trevi. The kitchen, lounge and outside area is brilliant. The infinity pool has no heating so can take a bit of getting used to, but once it looking into the valley, it was lovely. The downside for us was the finish of some of the fittings in the bedrooms, the spec did not feel as high as the lower ground floor. The double room off the swimming pool on the ground floor felt dark and very uninviting. None of us wanted to sleep here. The other rooms upstairs were clean and light, completely reasonable and acceptable although nothing special. We did however have a great time at the property as the majority of the time was downstairs.

Casale Condotti is a beautiful, special place to stay. Nestled in the Umbrian hills, it was the perfect location for our family to spend a holiday. It looks exactly like the pictures — the pool is amazing (and kept so clean), the kitchen is well-stocked, and the bedrooms are spacious (and air conditioned!). Both Luana and Guido (the property manager) were incredibly welcoming and responsive. Luana provided a ton of great information about the property and things to do in Umbria before our arrival. Once there, Guido was great about making sure we got settled in and was responsive to any questions or needs. One of the best surprises was a beautiful spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, pasta, and wine upon our arrival! After having traveled from California that day, I can’t express how grateful we were to have that taken care of! The location is perfect for exploring Umbria - we visited Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Foligno, Norcia, and more. Casale Condotti has my highest recommendation.

Huset har bra utsikt og ligger fint og privat til midt mellom mange oliventrær. Eget basseng som ble brukt på solskinnsdager selvom det ikke var oppvarmet. Fin uteplass trekker opp for slitasjen på soverommene med tilhørende bad. Fine turmuligheter i nærheten. Trevi by er rolig, men er verdt et besøk en av dagene. Ellers er det lurt med en bil som kan kjøre på en smal grusvei med krappe svinger og bakker.
