Hi, we are four families, “Hilly’s Crew” and “Karos’ Crew”, the Jenson’s and the Powell’s. Hilly grew up in the area - yeah he was that kid that ‘missed’ the school bus and surfed uncrowded waves between Scotts Head and Grassy or racked up a bill on Chockie Milks at the local takeaway shop. The Karos crew fell in love with the area - this young family of surfers are normally in the line up swapping boards and getting their fix of the area. The Jenson’s and Powell’s followed soon after having discovered the magic of Scotts Head and midnight surfs at little beach :) Together the families have been fortunate enough to secure some of the most iconic properties in Scotts Head. Built in the 70’s and 80’s - the houses have been recently renovated but kept the essence of each unique property. Scotts Cottage - Cute “English Styled Cottage” that is 250 meters to the Bay and backs onto Cafes, Shops etc. Huge back yard and pet friendly. It’s perfect for a couple of families of rambunctious kids where you’re not panicking every three minutes they’re going to break something. Scotts Beach Shack - Luxurious beach shack with a view to kill - timber, blacks, brass and a splash of colour. Will I surf , snorkel the headland out front or just read a book on the hammock? Scotts Beach Shack is an architecturally designed Beach Shack that withstands the harshest elements given its commanding views on the headland, coupled with soft, elegant furnishing and colour palate to match. Think of the pearl inside the oyster. Scotts Lighthouse - On top of the best street in Scotts The Lighthouse is a traffic stopper. Magnificent expansive timber decks, beautiful timber wrapping and a white, black and grey colour scheme throughout makes it one of the premium properties in the village. The local Indigenous people's word for peaceful is Mirrimiin. When you sit on the front deck with your coffee watching the sunrise [or a coldie on sunset] you'll know what the Gumbaynggirr meant when they rolled the tongue over that beautiful word. Panorama - And what do you say about this? Spectacular? Amazing? Magnificent? Well, they’re all correct. This block is simply one of the best on the east coast with pure ocean frontage where you can whistle to the kids in the surf at Little Beach to come in for lunch - it is seriously that close. A deck to die for it’s one of those properties people drive past saying ‘let’s try and stay there next time!’. Regardless which property you choose to stay in, they’re all fastidiously clean, well appointed and treated with care. We’re looking forward to hosting you and your families.
