Kim is a great host and was very accommodating. We booked last summer for a spring stay and happened to be in town last fall. She graciously showed us the place and that was the only time we ever needed to see her. All other communication was by text and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Location, location, location! You can’t get much better. We loved just walking out the building and being walking distance to everything. Literally steps to Duval and many great restaurants, the ocean and Hemmingway’s house. Just to name a few. Kim’s place has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The AC’s and fans in the unit worked wonderfully for the warm humid days! And having laundry in the unit was so helpful! I had a few questions during our month long stay and Kim answered them right away. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Kim!

Always love staying here….great location close to the best of restaurants and so many things to do! Great host….always responds quickly, friendly, and super helpful! This apt/condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and fun!

Kim’s place was just perfect for us! It was clean, organized, and Kim makes it so homey and comfortable! The location is great…perfect for walking anywhere you’d like to go! We loved our stay and Kim was the perfect host!
