Amanda’s home exceeded expectations and then some! The pictures don’t even do it justice. The property is massive and so beautiful with the river running through. We spent a lot of time in the game room, playing pool, shuffle board and golden tee golf. It was like we had our own private bar. It was a big group for our friend’s birthday but it never felt cramped at all. We all had our own beds and every space offered something unique — board games, cozy fire place, instruments, etc. It’s impossible to be board at this house and we didn’t even realize there was a finished basement until the last day! I will 100% be coming back!

This was our second year in a row staying at the Paddlehouse and it was just as great as last year. Tons of room for 8 adults, two teenagers and two younger kids. The skating rink continues to be the biggest hit (particularly at night under the lights), but almost everything available saw some use from our group. Golden Tee & pool, shuffleboard, board games, puzzles, the PlayStation nook, snowshoes, the hot tub and more were all fantastic amenities. The comprehensive selection of cookware is also really helpful and made preparing multiple meals for twelve a breeze. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. Almost everything is clearly labeled in t he house and pretty easy to use/understand. Super easy access to Sunday River. Top notch experience all around, highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay here! The house is beautiful and had enough space for a big group of 16. Highly recommend it to anyone looking in this area, especially if you are skiing at Sunday River. We booked a private shuttle with door to door service and had a blast! Thank you for having us.
