Very relaxing and quiet getaway with friends meeting halfway between our houses. Comfortable beds, great aircon great amenities. All around a beautiful stay. Darkan itself is a very quiet town with a cafe only open a few days. But honestly...the public park and amenities (like playground, trampoline, BBQs, pump track) were absolutely amazing! We didn't have children with us, but definitely would be great for them!!

As a family of 4, we had a brilliant stay here. Sarah had thought of everything, the kitchen was fully equipped, toys and books were provided for the kids, and she had left local information in a folder. Before our arrival sarah had told us the restaurant and shop was closed. This local knowledge was invaluable and meant we did a food shop on the way. Darkan Park is amazing, the kids would have happily only gone there. We were easily able to explore the wheatbelt from here. Several weeks later, Sarah's place is still the highlight of our visit to Australia.
