Merci Julie de nous avoir accueilli. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre belle maison, qui est très bien entretenu, avec tous ces équipements, et qui donne envie de revenir, c’était super. Nous étions pas loin de tout, Mont-Saint-Michel, des loisirs en extérieur ou maritime, les commerces et nous avons été surpris de Avranches super villes ! A bientôt, et encore merci pour le cadeau d’accueil 😉

Good Points Communication - Really easy and Julie was very accommodating re check in and out times. Shutters - The electric shutters mean you can really black out the rooms at night Clean and tidy The Pool - It was warm enough and clean Outside area - More than enough room and enough shaded areas to avoid the sun if you wanted to The area - A very clean town with some nice restaurants Location - Excellent for Mont Saint Michel - Go early! Negatives Parking - The listing said on site parking - You cannot park on the property. The street parking is contested by neighbours so can be a challenge. Keys - Some previous guests had lost the keys meaning we couldn't fully lock the house. There was no immediate plan to replace the locks. Julie assured us that the area was very quiet in terms of crime. However, the choice over whether to lock the premises should be ours. Damp - It had rained heavily the week and the area near the TV smelled heavily of damp.

Julie is a great host, responded very quickly to our questions and was very helpful. The house and the pool were as presented and very clean. We are a family of 4 with two teenage sons, the space was perfect for us. I don’t think larger groups would fit. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather. If it were sunny and warm, it would be a perfect place to stay. There are things to see around in bad weather too - Mont St Michel is only 25 minutes drive away. Alligator Bay was a good discovery for kids. Bayeux tapestry and Omaha beach a bit further away, but definitely worth seeing.

Très belle maison, hôte très agréable. Nous étions ravis et les enfants aussi. La ville est accessible facilement à pieds, animée, le mont ST Michel à une vingtaine de minutes. La situation est idéale. La piscine chauffée est agréable même par temps couvert. Rien a redire, nous reviendrons 👍
