If you are considering to book this place, don’t bother. It’s not worth your money. 1. Be prepared to get soaking wet with your own sweat as the living room, dining area and kitchen is NOT air conditioned. The house ventilation system is bad. Air not flowing nicely, fengshui is bad. 2. Be prepared to carry your heavy luggages and heavy items from outside parking on the road as the house has no porch and NO WAY for your car to get in. 3. If you plan to negotiate for early check-in and checkout just prepare RM90 per hour, we paid RM 180 for 2 hours earlier check-in. 4. The house has PLENTY OF RULES and LONG list of expectations sent to you for you to swallow just 1 hour before you check-in 5. Pls check for everything. They will charge you wear and tear household items even if you didn’t face any problems when we used the house. In our case, the door hinges. RM20 for it cause it’s loose after hundreds of people rented their place. But sure, they waive the RM20 after we argued

This is the best place for family gatherings or any gathering as there is a BBQ spot and swimming pool. For the BBQ area, there is a fully equipped item for BBQing. Spacious room for family to stay and each room has an individual bathroom.

Great place, nice pool and ambiance. It's a great place to hang out with friends and family with lots of amenities too. Overall we had a good stay here. Tq
