PROs: - location was near to public transport. Minutes away from sm, san sebastian church, manokan, gina's.. - Very clean. Ambiance was nice. - Water Heater available. - Friendly staff, easily attend to your needs. - Parking available. CONs: - Noisy, u can hear cars passing until late at night. Ongoing Construction was noisy as early as 8am. - Bed linens were a bit small to cover you and your companion at night. - No bidet. - No elevators. Stairs use going to 2nd flr..not recommended if you have senior companions. - Air con not quite cold on other rooms. - Cannot cook, only microwave and electric kettle available. - Need to let the staff know when going home pass 9pm bec gates are locked. Overall, staying for 2 days was quite acceptable, but for longer days not recommended.

My team of 15 booked all three units for about a week as we had to attend important activities in Bacolod. The host is attentive and prepared for our arrival. She and her team communicates everytime to assist us. The caretakers are friendly and very hospitable. They even arranged our airport transfers and accommodated a huge van that can fit us to bring us to local destinations. We arrived in Bacolod really early — 7am and the host gladly accommodated us. We also had to check out really early — 3am to catch our early flight back to Manila and they gladly accommodated our transportation. The place is complete, comfortable, and secured. It’s at the heart of the city and we sometimes walk to church or SM. Everything went seamlessly and my team and I are very pleased. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for a place to stay in Bacolod and we will definitely be back here in the future.
