We had a group of 15 and had a really good experience with the house. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items to cook and have a good time. The location was good to utilize the bike path, but very close to their neighbors and a small driveway, which was difficult because many of us drove separate. It worked well for us because there weren’t many people in the cul-de-sac with us, but if it was full, it may be tight. Overall the house, communications and the amenities were great! I would highly recommend this place for any group wanting to enjoy the Sunriver area.

The serenity of this home was out of this world…Very beautiful home,the golf on the back,a lot of activities just 5mins drive away,spacious rooms and lots of bicycles in the garage to cycle around..My family and I had ablust,must visit again..Thanks D.Chad for accommodating us and for the quick replies on anytime we had any Question..Thanks Again..

The house was great, it fit the needs of our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with, lots of spices. I do suggest if you rent this house to bring your own bicycles, the ones that come with the house are not in good working condition, brakes don’t work, broken frames, missing parts, unsafe to ride. I also suggest you bring slippers to wear in the house or just leave your shoes on because if not your feet will get very dirty from the floors. Very nice deck to sit out on with lots of chairs, great grill and hot tub.

The house is absolutely beautiful and just as the pictures show! The game console upstairs was a huge hit for all of the kids, the layout was fantastic, the two master suites have great mattresses, and it is well stocked. We did give it 4 stars because the “extras” that were listed were a big deciding factor for us in choosing this property over another rental and they weren’t as listed. The listing says there are three rafts but they are actually three inner tubes! We were hoping our entire family would fit on the 3 rafts to float the River but 3 inner tubes most definitely didn’t do that! Only 3 of the 6 adult bikes were working (we didn’t use the kid bikes so I can’t speak for those). One is completely missing a pedal, one bike tire is rubbing on the frame, and at least one bike doesn’t have any working breaks (I think another only had one working break but at least it was rideable). There are tools in the garage that might be enough to fix the bikes for those willing to do that but it won’t help with the bike missing a pedal. Also, one of the king mattresses needs to be replaced as visible indents in the mattress that can even be seen from the bedroom door. If those were all fixed/updated, it would easily be a 5 star stay. Thanks!

The place was lovely and spacious with everything we needed for food prep! Bikes were in working order and fun to ride and the location was perfect for accessing the mountain, going in to Bend and going to trail heads. We had a blast and would definitely rent again!
