Great place to stay and very quiet. only thing i would like to see them do is add another tv in the 2nd bedroom.

I regret having to leave such a scathing review, but I must express my disappointment with the state of this place. The stairwell, carpets, and hallways were all in a deplorable state, and the room had insufficient lighting with broken bulbs. The sofas were also heavily stained, making it impossible to stay. However, I must say that the locale representative was very responsive and assisted in promptly refunding my purchase, as I did not stay at the unit due to conditions and had to find another place to stay last minute.

Really Nice apartment but be aware that the view can be directly towards a parking building not more than max 2 meter away. (Apparently depending on the apartment as the host has more than one apartments in the building) The actual apartment is really nice. There is no coffee, oil, water bottles, salt,pepper etc so be prepared to bring everything and be aware the kitchen has the bear minimum. Very noisy from some kind of machine working on the roof… we could never located where it came from. Close you can eyes and imagine it is the ocean and you will be find.
