Great area and quiet. Mr Joe was helpful at all times and made us feel at home. Every thing was clean and close to corner stores and restaurants. We had zero issues and enjoyed the roomy space. Ill definitely recommend and book again!!! Thanks Mr Joe

Host gentilissimo è disponibilissimo. Posizione della casa un po’ lontano ma ben collegata. La casa è stata all’altezza delle mie aspettative. Consigliata all 100%. Se dovessi ritornare a New York ripeterei la stessa esperienza. I love you Joseph 😃😃

very nice place. the landlord lives in the under unit and was very help . went above and beyond to help us with anything not just the place but also transit

The host lives in the property's first floor and is friendly, and helping natured. He showed us around the place we were going to stay and offered any help anytime. However, the place was not what is shown in the pictures and is poorly maintained. Though overall place seemed to be kept clean, There was dirt, dust and filth under surfaces that we even kept our phones and keys only in the pockets to prevent catching dirt. The hand sanitizers kept there had mold and the dishes stacked in the kitchen shelves were oily and dirty. The cupboard knobs were broken and rugs were filthy and overused. The coffee (Maxwell) in the kitchen offered for us to use expired May 2021. The place had crawling insects, bugs and small spiders that was a concern for my little furry pet. When we showed this to the host, he got a broom and took care of it. He showed that he also sprayed foams in most rooms corners to protect from rodent infestation that's supposedly common in the area. A major concern we had is that the property is lacking a privacy latch or safety lock to secure from the inside of the home during the nights. This was a major privacy issue we had since its imperative to have a secure good night's sleep with locks on, especially with kids and pets. Unfortunately this place was not even close to what we expected (per the pictures) and already paid a premium $$$ price for, so we ended up staying only one night. Overall disappointed with this location.
