We stayed at Mark’s place while family was visiting in town. His place is great- clean, comfortable and peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: - Clean and roomy kitchen with lots of amenities and spices to use. - Roomy and cozy place. - beautiful views and spacious backyard. - Amazing floor heaters - cool and very affordable place overall. - Desk for some workspace - Nice fire pit area. - Mark was very communicative and flexible with our checkout time. -Location was decent (30 mins from Watkins Glen state park) and 5-10 mins from some grocery stores. Cons: - Uncomfortable beds. - Jacuzzi was listed as something that can be used but as we got there it wad instructed that it can't be used due to limited water. - The place was a bit hard to find using GPS we were taken to a different turn, not their fault but you have to take the second route that g maps suggest rather than the first. - Second bathroom is on main floor so people in rooms upstairs have to come downstairs to use if needed (not a big deal but we couldn't see that from pics) Overall, I would rent this place again for the views and cozy vibes.

We were extremely happy staying at Mark and Chelsea’s place! It was warm and spacious and most importantly dog friendly!!! We had a wonderful time and mark was always responsive and friendly! We would definitely return!

Pleasant Valley Farmhouse is beautiful and so peaceful. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped; it was perfect for cooking family meals. The bedrooms are cozy and beds are comfortable! We loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the peace and quiet. We stayed here for the Corning Wineglass marathon weekend and proximity to the bus to the starting like was awesome. Highly recommend the farmhouse to anyone looking to get away to a beautiful home in a serene location!
