The patio/balcony may be rendered useless with dust accumulation during the peak of the project. A discount has been applied to the rates to account for these disruptions. Enjoy expansive mountain views from this tastefully decorated one bedroom condominium! This fantastic unit features a king bed in the master, along with a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area. A private balcony overlooking Vail Mountain offers sweeping views year-round! Rates include hotel amenities such as daily housekeeping service, 24-hour front desk, as well as a hot breakfast buffet every morning! This second floor, mountain view room features a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a small dining room table that seats three. Please note that this unit does not offer air conditioning, nor does it offer an in-unit washer/dryer. During the summer months, Manor Vail Lodge provides box fans in the unit for your comfort. These fans are available year-round upon request. For our guests who need to do laundry while on-site, we do offer a coin-operated laundry facility for guest use.
