Our stay at Linzee's was great! The apartment is on a quiet little street that is such an easy drive into downtown KC. We had no problems with anything in our stay. Would stay here again!!

the good: spacious apt, great location, cute neighborhood, nice communal patio space, decent basic amenities in apt overall. the bad: weird automated communications from host (including message about winter despite it being august) with no follow up when i responded with questions, most of which urged five star reviews (gross). no dish towels, no dish sponge, pretty minimal kitchen offerings, including a pot that was either filthy or ruined. no deadbolt, so only lock is code keypad on a door handle, which feels really unsafe. lastly, a checklist for cleaning apartment at end of stay despite a $55 cleaning fee. HARD NOPE. i always wash my dishes, of course, but if you’re charging a cleaning fee, do not ask me to take trash out of the building. that’s what i am paying you for. lastly, there was an undisclosed camera in the interior of the space. this is a big airbnb no-no. there is a photo in the listing of the camera, and where it is pictured it would, be pointed at the bed, which would be an absolute violation of policy. fortunately they have removed that one. but there still is another one in the living room, which does also show another sleeping area in the space. i jus draped a towel over it, but it’s still a creepy feature that needs to be disclosed in the listing and moved to a common area.

This location is absolutely perfect! Very accurate with being labeled as minutes from downtown. We had everything at our fingertips. Our favorite restaurant close to this location was Vietnam Cafe. Check in process was easy, the place was clean - there a little bit of an odor but nothing offensive - we believe it was something being cooked from a neighbors home. We had a lovely time staying here. Definitely would come back again 😊
