Kevin’s place is located in a lovely neighborhood, it’s Close to many restaurants as well as the university. The place was immaculate. The private backyard was a plus too! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came in for an A&M football game and we all agreed the place was perfect. Kevin did a great job communicating, the house has everything needed and is close enough to campus that it’s an easy drive I would stay again if visiting

We loved our stay in College Station at this Airbnb. It was perfect for our group with 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. We also had 2 small children with us and loved the fact that Kevin provided a pack and play...so helpful! It is near the train tracks but we knew that going in and consider it just part of the college "station" experience...and the kids absolutely LOVED getting to see the trains go by. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms stocked with towels, tp and shampoo/conditioner and extra blankets in every closet. The family room was a great gathering space for us and we absolutely loved having three dedicated parking spots! We only had 2 cars but we were able to use all three spaces and park with plenty of room to unload and load our cars. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Had everything we needed for our stay in the bathrooms and kitchen, even coffee and water to lotion in the bathroom. And lots of paper towels & toilet paper which isn’t always the case in some Airbnb’s. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. All the rooms were clean and there were 3 parking spots which worked perfectly for us. There is a train that runs alongside the unit but it wasn’t very loud, and I only noticed because I’m a light sleeper but I always pack ear plugs so no issues. I would recommend this unit & would stay again in the future
