I have rented from Mita numerous times, and she is always a great host. She’s very communicative, and quick to respond if messaged. She’s a very friendly host and I will definitely rent from her again on my next trip.

Ms. Mita was super kind and she was responsive to all our questions regarding our stay. The place was really clean and comfortable and we were really able to rest after a long day of working in Cabuyao.

Had a good stay at Mita’s place — the unit is located within a peaceful neighborhood with enough security. The house is also easy to find, although a little far from the entrance. Inside, all amenities described in the listing were available, although we were surprised that one of the rooms did not have an aircon. Nonetheless, I’m okay with it since there’s also an electric fan available, but I hope this was also mentioned in the listing to manage expectations. There’s fast wifi available. The owner is responsive and very accommodating to our request in early check-in / late checkout.

This is the second time I stayed at Mita’s place. She is very kind and communication is quick and easy with her. The house was comfortable, and I’ll stay again the next time I’m in the area.
