Apartment was nice and very clean. Has everything you need, also a washing machine and a dryer, although some things were a bit hidden. Nice view, not directly ocean side of the building but you also see the ocean and the monkey mountain. Area was not the best for tourists, you have to drive if you want to do activities or get to the center, not possible by foot. Overall I enjoyed my stay, especially the view and the pool on the roof. Swimming with the view was so nice and I was mostly alone. Host always responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly. Flexible check-in. Recommend!

This is a good and large apartment. You have everything to live in it. But if you want to eat in some cafe or small restaurants this is a bad place. In 2 or 3 kilometers around you will find only small vietnamese cafes and may be you won't want to eat there because they look not very well. If you are ready to pay for delivery or often move to center - this is a good apartments. One more time - this is industrial area. This is not tourist place.

Fantastic apartment! I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying here. It was sparkling clean. Has a very well-equipped kitchen and fridge/freezer that allowed me to cook my own meals with ease. The washing machine and dryer came in handy for all my laundry needs. The living area has a comfy couch and a TV with Netflix and Youtube, which I enjoyed at night after spending the day exploring Da Nang. I also really love the plants on the balcony. They add that extra "homey" touch to the apartment and made it feel so chilled and serene while I was staying there. I enjoyed watering and looking after them! The view from the rooftop pool is breathtaking, and best of all, it was quiet and empty most of the time I went up there, so I could really relax. I actually ended up preferring going up to the rooftop pool instead of going to the beach! The building has paid parking available, and there's a well-equipped, decent gym at the bottom of the building, which costs 50,000 VND per visit, so great value. Lastly, Minh is an awesome host who was super fast to respond to any questions I had :) I can't wait to be back.

일단 새벽 네 시에 도착했는데 바로 내려와 주셨어요 숙소 완전 깨끗하구요 화장실도 좋아요 방 넓고 에어컨도 잘 나와요 시내 가는 택시비는 그랩기준 3500원 정도 나와요 일층에 편의점 있고 바로 뒤에 큰 마트있어서 시내에서 장 안보서도 되요 미케비치는 10분 정도면 걸어가요 다음에 다낭오면 그때도 여기서 잘 거 같아요
