When we arrived we came to know that the road towards the property was blocked with water. However, after a few calls someone came and helped us to get to the property with a jeep. Instead of a tent we got a room, which we were happy about. There was no WiFi in the room and the swimming pool was empty. However, the owner helped us right away and the (amazing!!) staff started filling the swimmingpool and we got to borrow a WiFi dongle from the owner himself. Overall, we enjoyed our stay mostly because of the friendly and helpful staff. We do felt quit dependent on them because everytime we wanted to leave the property they had to bring us to the main road. Also the property is quit far away and a one-way drop off to the station in Sawai Madhopur with the same jeep costs 500rs. You could contact a taxi, which is cheaper, but because it will take around 30 minutes to get there. We would not recommend the food. We were a bit surprised that with no other guests there we could order everything from the menu. The food did not taste good. At the end of our stay, the owner suddenly charged 1000rs more for a one day tour that we booked. After calling he got rid of this extra money. However, it did feel a bit like a set up.
