The place is very nice and Brooke was very responsive to my concerns and problems we had with the stay, such as no coffee provided while it was said "to enjoy coffee etc", non-working fire place (not that we needed it in April), and a few lights were off. She was very nice and refunded the money for coffee since we had to buy it next day. However, the downstairs bath tub was clogged non draining. In spite she promptly sent the repair guy next day to fix it, it wasn't draining properly still - we pretty much stood on our own soap water while showering:( Also, no lotion was provided in the house so we had to buy from Vons. (all our previous trips at abnb all provided lotion) Nice place but needs careful maintenance and check up of items needed for a pleasant and smooth stay.

This stay made our first trip to Mammoth incredible despite a gnarly injury. Brooke’s place is perfectly located, incredibly cozy and Brooke is a legendary host. Definitely recommending staying at this place for an all around great ski trip.

Brooke is an outstanding host. She is proactive in her communications, very friendly and helpful. She provides various guides and recommendations if you are new to Mammoth. The place was exactly as described and like the pictures. The place is very clean and in excellent condition. Perfect for a weekend ski getaway.

Lovely space, quiet, very clean and within walking distance to the village area. Brokke was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.
