I was in town due to my father passing unexpectedly. These hosts was terrible!! I wasn’t able to check in because all the codes I had were wrong TWICE. The host was unresponsive to emergency issue. NO HEAT!!!. It was 24 degrees during my stay and the heat did not work and we waited 3 hours while the host kept trying to convince us to just give it 30 minutes when they did decide to respond while also stating the building was old and took a while to heat. They then attempted to gaslight me and called me hostile because I named that I was disappointed and would be transparent in my review. My response to leave a honest review was called a threat. As a black person it made me feel unsafe that the host would casually try to characterize me as that for a service I am paying for. Then told me to cancel because I asked them why wouldn’t they answer my calls and help me with solutions. I even requested a space heater. There was NO REMOTE to use the TV. No on-site support. Airbnb should review.

I booked this for my newlywed mother! She loved it.. it was clean! Just be mindful its an old building so if its cold out turn the heat on at checkin. That way it can warm up while you get situated or what have you. Very responsive hosts!! They follow up as well… thank you so much for making my moms stay pleasant!!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Everything was great here. It was clean. Spacious. They made it feel really homey. Quiet place. Stayed here for a week and couldn’t have a single complaint.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Great location, beautiful and clean, and all the necessary amenities, including a washer & dryer on the property which was FREE 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Hosts were awesome! Thank you Dean & Jessica for an absolutely wonderful place to stay! You may have spoiled us 😁
