The Apartment was perfect and has everything that you need for stay. I highly recommend the accommodation, great location and close to all attractions.. Marina was very nice and helpful. would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay at Marina's place! Everything was as described, the apartment is super nice and spacious and the location in the city is fantastic! We only had one issue with the blankets because they were made from plastic materials and charged up with electrostatic pretty quickly. Marina was very helpful and brought us new ones that were slightly better! Overall I would definitely stay again!

Marina’s apartment is fabulous for a stay in the city of Yerevan - it’s right in the center yet very private and quiet - lovely and warm from great heating, and a beautiful sunlit apartment- we met with Marina on arrival and she helped us with local recommendations for transport, restaurants etc and even left us a bottle of wine to help us to celebrate my husbands birthday during our stay ! She was flexible with our check in time and very helpful during our stay - we highly recommend a little relaxed pizza place just 50m up the road called Gini Pig run by and Aussie/Armenian - best wine/pizzas ever ! Loved our stay and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city - thanks Marina

Marina is a very helpful, friendly and kind host. The apartment is very clean, cozy, felt like home, close to the center and all the main statues of Yerevan. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is cozy, spacious and warm. Everything you need is here. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment around. The hostess Marina is very friendly. She sent us very detailed instructions for checking in. And she was always in touch.
