这是一个位置很好的房源，在房间里就可以看到海边，马路对面就是火车站，汽车站，非常方便，超市就在路口对面，路对面还有一个大商场。很好的地方！

Place was not vacuumed from previous guest. Couch and stove had mess on it. Dead bugs on carpet. That was on top of the permanently stained carpets/walls throughout. After reporting the state of the apartment immediately, a cleaner was promised to attend the next day. No one showed. I followed up and was promised a cleaner again the next day who never showed. I would not have stayed on if I thought they were just lying to me about sending a cleaner to rectify the issue. The host “Bruce” appeared to be the same as the guest services people from ReadySet Apartments who manage the property. They couldn’t care less and thought that saying sorry was enough. They rejected my request for partial refund and I had to pursue this painfully with Airbnb, who finally agreed. I would never stay at apartments managed by ReadySet Apartments or hosted by Bruce. They were deceitful and happy to take my money and charge guests cleaning fees and not deliver on this. Spent my whole stay emailing them.

The apartment is in a great location! Close to Southern cross station and the city. Heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby so if you’re out & about a lot, you’ve got plenty of choices BUT the interior was disappointing to say the least. Stains on the carpets. Marks on the walls. Handprints / marks on the windows and balcony. Door handles loose, intercom coming off the wall. It just didn’t seem to be very well maintained. I was expecting a bit more of a “high end” property and I didn’t feel that this was it. If you just need a bed and won’t be in the apartment that much, it’s fine. If you’re planning on spending a bit of time at the apartment though, lower your expectations. Also the bin hadn’t been emptied when I arrived. When I mentioned this to the host, I was advised where the garbage chute was so I could empty it, except there were no other garbage bags in the apartment (that I could find) so I ended up having to buy my own :/
