Great value for money for our large group who stayed for a friend's wedding. All the rooms and living area accommodated us perfectly! The single shower/toilet being in the same room was a challenge in the mornings but we made it work. The outdoor area which is also the entrance would really benefit from a tidy up and let's the overall image of the property down. The local pub was great for dinner and only a close walk. It is definitely a very budget friendly option and this reflects in some of its short comings. That being said it was by far the most cost effective and convenient option for our needs in the area and couldn't of gone smoother. I'd happily stay there again.

Lots of space, lounge and dining room great. Really needs a good clean, was very dirty. Air cons in dining didn't work. Lots of rain when visited and a large leak in roof. Communication with host was great.

A large pad with sleeping end separate from kitchen and living. 1 bathroom includes the only toilet. Beds terribly soft. Stains in the shower. Very dusty and unclean in parts. Seems it hadn't been used for many months and wasn't cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Noisy neighbours. Significant if you are considering staying at this property. It has 4 locked doors - one off a bedroom two off the kitchen and one off the dining - this connects to ?a reception and a laundry. We could hear people in there chatting at night. This is a really strange set up and wasn't disclosed. We were very disappointed with the kitchen - it is poorly kit out for the total number of guests that it should cater for - really old stuff. Not enough tea towels and dish clothes for example. No supplies of salt and pepper and and so on.

Was a little disappointed with the place office living & beds were made of bed rock really hard to sleep only really good thing was we only stayed 2 nights
