All of the positive reviews about this place are true. I stumbled across this listing at a tumultuous time and was greeted by Lou with a hug. The room itself is a very beautiful studio. There are actually two pretty huge windows that shine a bright light into the room every day and can be opened to let in some fresh air! The kitchenette is rendered with almost every appliance needed in order to prepare a meal, and I was allowed to go upstairs and clean my dishes as needed. Pretty much all-inclusive. Fresh towels, a beautiful bathroom, and a cool TV with so many apps to be entertained. The backyard looks just like the pictures... I can go on and on about how aesthetically pleasing this listing is, but what will stick with me is how kind and thoughtful the family is. Lou and Joy are always welcoming and considerate of me and my dog while tending to their girls. Liv and Ella are so cool. Lola, the dog is a cutie. Just a warm and attentive family who really treats guests well. Thank you!

Beautiful grounds overall. Basement unit with basic amenities. Very friendly and welcoming family. Cute dog who likes to say hi when she sees you with a toy in her mouth. 2 bathroom options and full access to upstairs kitchen though keep in mind one bathroom option is a share with a male and that can be a little tricky. Pick what you like ha ha. Affordable and comfy stay. Wish i had my bathing suite to use the hot tub bc it looked AMAZEBALLS. Thanks Louis!!!

Louis’ place is very comfortable and welcoming! Lovely quiet neighborhood and a very easy walk to APL, I would absolutely stay again!

My first experience with Airbnb and I don’t have enough stars to use as this family deserves. Wonderful hosts , warm and friendly. The girls are fun , grandma treats you with home made food and Lois makes sure you’re happy. I feel so welcome and they treat my pets as their own. The home is beautiful, great backyard where I got to play some volleyball ball and my dog been running around as he pleases . I love how safe and quiet the neighborhood is and people are waving at you . Love it here I’m grateful for this experience. Thank you Louis!
