This Airbnb is beautiful! 10/10 definitely recommend! It was a very peaceful getaway. 3 hours drive from Chicago. Totally worth it. Place was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Would love to come back in the summer!

unfortunately it rained almost my whole stay at this cottage so i wasn’t able to give an accurate review on everything but overall the property was gorgeous compared to the ones surrounding it from what i could tell… the only issue i ran into the first couple hours when it wasn’t raining was i was unable to get the outdoor heater or the fire table to work. i followed the instructions provided but still could not get it. this is the one airbnb that i’ve stayed at that didn’t have the bare minimum when it came to supplies needed, anything you needed they had it no matter what is was. also would not recommend the loft for tall people.. i am 5’2 and still had to crouch the entire time and could not change outfits up there easily, also noticed quite a few spiders up there and it gets HOT up there but cold downstairs. colin & kathleen are very friendly and have great communication!!!

Great place to stay. I will definitely stay again during the summer; it was a perfect getaway. It exceeded my expectations and the airbnb had a looot of things to do, snacks, kitchen fully equipped, things to do outdoors, and the jacuzzi was amazing.

We wanted a quick but quite weekend getaway and this was exactly what we got! Although it was to cold outside still to get in the paddle boats, we had an amazing time and definitely will be booking again in the summer time!
