The place was ok but living room furniture needs replacing, worn out. Thermostat is faulty, coffee maker was replaced, no lids for kitchen pot’s but you get all that view - killer view. Great location on Coronado Island and Orange Street. But there are other places to visit & eat at on Coronado Island

I stayed an entire month at this amazing beach penthouse condo and I absolutely loved it and so will you. Jeff is a wonderful host. The condo deserves its 5-star rating and was incredibly well-equipped. The views are incredible and the bed (king) was really comfortable. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay thanks to the excellent security measures. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect and the view from each room was simply beautiful. Jeff has it all figured out when it comes to the needs of the guests; stayed for a long duration and the house had everything and even more than what we needed. Attention to every small little detail was a hallmark of Jeff’s hospitality. House was clean, spacious, welcoming and warm to say the least. Had no issues during checkin-checkout and the stay for my family was PERFECT! Jeff was very responsive, quick to address any questions & the staff at EL Encanto Towers was brilliant too! Hope to stay here again soon🙂

Our stay at Jeff’s place was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The views from all rooms of Bay and Ocean are spectacular. The Beach is great to walk. Coronado town is very nice. Communication with Jeff was very easy.

An excellent location right on a beach in Coronado. Really enjoyed our monthlong stay, Jeff was a wonderful host. Lots of amenities and activities.
