Imagine sipping coffee on a glass-enclosed veranda, surrounded by lush greenery. In the evening, you enjoy a glass of wine near the rose-covered trellis as you watch grass on the surrounding hills wave in the gentle breezes. A fresh-baked pie awaits you in the full kitchen. The private bedroom and bathroom suite are appointed with family antiques, travel souvenirs and artistic touches, yet offer practicalities like storage space, luggage racks, plenty of plug portals, soft sheets and towels, excellent heat and hot water… It’s like you’ve been invited as a guest to Paula’s home, but even better because you have the space to yourself (although Paula is readily available when needed with personalized recommendations). Everything was truly perfect. Paula clearly loves hosting and is generous with her time, space and breakfast ingredients. Her warmth and personal touch enhanced an already high-value experience that perfectly enhanced the beauty of La Marche. We will return!

Amazing property, surrounded by nature. Very large apartment, beautifully styled by Paula’s artistic talent, set inside the homestead. We had a very lovely, peaceful week, that we did not want it to end. Paula and her husband are very kind and helpful in every way. We definitely recommend Marche’ in Italy and a staying with Paula.
11/10! Comfortable and well-adorned space with beautiful surroundings! Not to mention Paula and Marcello are fantastic hosts who are both incredibly kind, thoughtful and interesting! Would come back again and again if I could.
Paula’s place is a piece of heaven in Le Marche! If you want to spend time in beautiful Serra de’Conti and explore the countryside and Ancona province, I can’t think of a better place to call home, even if it’s for a short stay. Paula is a gem: incredibly kind, thoughtful, respectful and incredibly helpful, especially since one of our party needed to get medical help. We felt so well take care of. Also, Momo the dog was a highlight of our stay - she’s a real cutie! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here, it’s idyllic. Grazie Paula per tutti i deliziosi dolci!!
