I really don’t like leaving bad reviews on virtual platform but my horrific experience at Anastasia’s place (or the place she manages) leaves me no choice. I’ll ignore the bad WiFi as mentioned in previous comments, here are the things that bothered me. - the apartment smell terribly like toilet. Not the kind of smell you wanna have in your bedroom. Anastasia’s answer: “just open the window”. Ofc, in February when its super cold and rainy... - even worse, I asked for 3rd bedding before I booked. She confirmed that won’t be a problem. I arrived in the late evening and found no 3rd bedding. I wrote Anastasia, who is quite quick in replying, but that time she seemed to ignore my actual point. Her answer “ the cleaner wasn’t able to make the sofa bed ready but I will find spare sheets and blankets in the cupboard” was not only irrelevant to me (I don’t bother making my bed) but was also wrong. The only thing I could find in the wardrobe was a disgustingly dirty blanket. No bed sheet (and we’re talking about a leather couch here) and no cover for the super disgusting blanket. So I went to the nearby saints bury and bought the cheapest stuff I could find (total cost 18£). At this point I was still willing to not give her bad feedback and asked her if she would reimburse me those 18£. Her answer “we can’t, because we provided you with extra linen in the cupboard.”. Guys, that is outright insolent, she’s is literally lying to me ignoring my previous emails. Since this is a professionally managed apartment I would expect at least a basic level of customer service. The icing on the cake, today I received a further email asking whether I was satisfied with my stay. I start wondering whether I Anastasia is a real person or a computer...

Anastasia's place is, overall, very well located. You can go to the center of London within 20 minutes, and lots of supermarkets, bars and restaurants are in its street. Otherwise, the flat is very comfortable. Recommended !
